SpringGate continues its tradition of the Estate by having Wine, Beer, Cocktails and Ciders on our taps at Arcona. They will, in fact, vary from week-to-week, but we'll keep that information up-to-date. In addition, our Libations menu represents what bottles are open and available for glassing. Dozens of other wines will be available by the bottle and can be found here.

Still Wine by the Glass
DETENTE $7.25 Floral white wine with citrus notes and a crisp, tart, fruit-forward finish. CHARDONNAY $10 Fresh, crisp, apple, pear, and tropical fruit flavors. CS $9.50 This is a medium-bodied dry red that is primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc. MERLOT $8.50 Dry red with a black cherry aroma, plum on the palate, and a smooth finish. SOFT RED $8.25 Light-bodied off-dry red with notes of red berries. Hints of fruitiness, soft tannins, dry finish. BLACKBERRY RED SANGRIA Glass $9, Pitcher $24 Semi-sweet and fruity with berry notes. OLD REPUBLIC SANGRIA Glass $7, Pitcher $18 Fruity with grape notes. Serve as is over ice with an orange slice. RÉNOVÉ® $7.50 Sweet red wine delights your palate with notes of homemade strawberry jam. INDIAN SUMMER CATAWBA $8 This blush pleases both the sweet and dry wine palate with notes of fresh peaches and strawberries and a tart citrus finish. CRANDY APPLE $7.50 A lively blend of crisp apple and tart cranberry, this still wine is the perfect treat to share while relaxing with friends. CRANDY GRAPE $8.50 An adult version of your childhood favorite, this deliciously sweet cranberry-infused wine will awaked treasured memories. BLUEBERRY MELLO® $8.50 This fruit-forward wine has the delicious flavor of freshly harvested blueberries. SWEET WHITE $8.25 This gentle sweet blend of Niagara and Cayuga White grapes refreshes the palate with notes of ripe peaches and a hint of citrus. Sparkling Wine by the Glass PARTY RIESLING $8.50 Bubbly, crisp, and clean with hints of lime on the palate, a pleasant bouquet, and a lavish finish.
