A VARIETY OF PRIVATE EVENT SPACES TO RENT!

SpringGate Arcona is an experience that people have to come to enjoy in its short but exciting 2 years. Arcona is perfect for that "special event," and we provide a number of options. 

If these options interest you, fill out the Private Wine Events Request Form, or send us an email, and we will get back to you by email at our earliest convenience. Events info/pricing will not be provided via our website chat feature. Please be patient, as we only have one Event Coordinator at this time but also a high volume of inquiries!

ARCONA RENTALS
(LOCATED AT 1440 MARKET HOUSE LN, MECHANICSBURG PA 17055)
MEZZANINE
If you'd like to "elevate" your event to the next level, the Mezzanine is for you. Located up the stairs at Arcona, this space offers some privacy from the general public on the lower level, and can accommodate up to 30 people.
BEACH
The Beach is our outdoor space at Arcona, and is available to rent for larger events. This space can accommodate 100 - 150 people. 
LOWER LEVEL
Arcona's lower level can accommodate up to 75 guests, depending on seating arrangement. This is available to rent seasonally. Rental time frame varies based on the day of the week. 
CHEF TONY'S BISTRO CATERING
We have the pleasure of serving delicious eats from Chef Tony's Bistro with Arcona's indoor kitchen. All reserved private events with catering requests at SpringGate Arcona must use Chef Tony's Bistro as their catering partner.
